Any credit card details you entered are transmitted over a secure (SSL) link and stored using 128-bit encryption.

We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties with except of our fulfilment partners. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Terms:

All goods listed include VAT at the rate of 17.5% where applicable. Prices are shown in GBP £ stirling.
When you receive confirmation of your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order only. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Pondsuperstores.com reserve the right to change prices without notice.

ALL goods will be dispatched as soon as possible, and take will three to five working days to arrive DPD.

Where items are out of stock you will be advised and can decide how you want to proceed with the order.

Pondsuperstores.com advise that no arrangements are made for tradesmen until the goods have arrived and been checked.

All deliveries must be checked signed for as set out in out delivery terms below.
Damages or shortages must be notified to Pondsuperstores.com within 48 hours of receipt. (please read delivery terms below)

Pondsuperstores.com shall not be liable for any consequential loss to the customer whether this arises from a breach of contract or any other way.

Pondsuperstores.com total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods supplied by Pondsuperstores.com to the customer.

Pondsuperstores.com will not be liable for any specific instructions set out in their web site or in any documents accompanying the goods supplied.

Every care has been taken to describe and show the goods accurately. Variations may occur in both design and specification as the manufacturers of the items improve their products.

No employee of Pondsuperstores.com is authorised to waive our terms and conditions.

The customers statuary rights are not affected.

Delivery:

We will delivery any package up to 10kg for free across the UK excluding Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Isle and Northern Ireland.
Delivery charges for these areas start from £15 depending on weight and destination.

IMPORTANT: All items must be SIGNED FOR, if the packaging is damaged in any way you must sign the delivery note as DAMAGED - Otherwise SIGN as UNCHECKED.

PLEASE NOTE: If item is signed as received in good condition when damaged it is NOT possible to claim from the courier.

Options: Currently we only delivery within the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery: Via DPD3 day service although we recommend you allow 3 -5 working days. This is our basic service and costs £4.99 per package up to 10kg.

Please Note: pondsuperstores.com cannot be held responsible for any delayed delivery for whatever the reason.

Should there be any problem with an item being damaged during transit, please email us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and full details of damage.

Delivery Address: Please insure you give the correct delivery address. Any incorrect and incomplete address risks being returned to us. In these cases you will be liable for a second delivery charge before re-dispatch.

Incorrect items arrived: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order number; we will arrange collection and redelivery of the items.

Returns Policy:

To avoid unnecessary postage costs to yourself please be certain the item you wish to purchase are suitable for your needs, if you are uncertain please email us your question before ordering.

Change of Mind:

Should you decide you do not want any item purchased you must inform us within 7 days of receipt.

You will then be emailed a returns note; a copy of this must be packed with the returned item.

We will only credit for the items less original postage and packaging charges, if the item returned is unused, in stock condition in its original packaging, resalable as new and returned within 30 days of date on the above returns note.

Should you decide you do not want any item purchased up to 30 days after receipt you may return the item as above, however a 15% handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for return postage, packing and insurance. Pondsuperstores.com will only take responsibility for any items once they have arrived in our depot and we have signed and checked them.

Pondsuperstores.com will refund for the full amount of the item, less the original postage and packaging and any handling charge once the item has been checked. If the item is found not to be in stock condition we will return it to you at your expense.

Our Returns policy conforms to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000) that allows for a 'cooling off' period of 7 days.


Faulty Items:

Firstly check the instructions.
Where possible contact the manufacturer and use their repair or replacement service.

All items are cover by Pondsuperstores.com 7 day return to base warranty or where stated the manufactures warranty.

Items with an extended warranty over 12 months contact should be made with the manufacturer.

Before returning, contact us with the original order number and nature of the problem, DO NOT SEND THE ITEM BACK UNTIL YOU HAVE CONFIRMATION FROM PONDSUPERSTORES.COM, as in a number of cases we'll be able to resolve the problem without the item being returned.

If we need you to return the item we will email you a returns note, a copy of this must be packed with the returned item. You will need to pay for the return postage and insurance. Pondsuperstores.com will not take reasonability until it is signed for and checked in our deport.

Items that have been damaged by misuse however caused will not be exchanged or credited; you will have the option of paying the return postage to have the item returned to yourself.

If the item has a suffered a manufacturing fault and cannot be repaired we will replace or credit against another purchase at our discretion to the value of the original price paid within the warranty period less any postage and packing costs.
