Naturally clears green water and blanketweed from ponds. This product works at least 1 month quicker than ordinary barley straw and is far easier to control. The extract provides the by-product of the straw breakdown that kills algae. Extract of barley straw is harmless to all vascular plants and all water born wildlife.

All Pond Treatments are designed for direct dosing into the pond for convenience and maximum effect. They are all completely safe (at the correct dosage level) and will not affect filter function, any fish species (including sensitive Orfe and Rudd, except where stated), plants or any other water using wildlife.

All Pond Treatments treat the following volumes of pond water unless otherwise specified. If the product is a course of treatment, e.g. 250ml Anti Fungus and Bacteria, which is a 5-day course, then the product will treat the entire volume of 2,273 litre (500 gallons) 5 times.
